MORE THAN WORDS HANEN PROGRAM
For Children with Down syndrome and Autism or Social Communication Difficulties.
This unique programme was developed by expert speech-language pathologists at The Hanen Centre and is taught around the world by Hanen Certified Speech-Language Therapists who have received specialised training.
To support social communication, identifying child motivations, communication confidence, and daily interaction strategies.
One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is to help them to communicate and connect with the world.
In the More Than Words Program, you learn practical and powerful strategies to help your child communicate and interact during everyday routines and activities. It is within these familiar and repetitive interactions that your child’s communication skills will grow.
For Preschool and lower primary-aged children with Down syndrome and autism* or cognitive delay *(or if autism is suspected)
The program will be delivered online by specialist speech and language therapists.
Starting Friday 17th April 12-2.30
Cost of the Hanen MTW Program: £500
Includes 20 hours of online training sessions plus three sessions one-to-one video feedback sessions with a speech & language specialist
